Terms and Conditions 

2. Definitions

• "Platform" means the Simpleafied software-as-a-service solution including all modules (e.g., Cultivation, Manufacturing, Extraction, Laboratory Integration, Compliance Tracking).

• "User" refers to any individual or legal entity who registers or accesses the platform.

• "Partner Laboratory" means a third-party testing laboratory that integrates with Simpleafied.

• "Client Data" refers to all data uploaded or generated by the User in the platform.

 

3. Account Registration and Access

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

 

4. Services Provided

Simpleafied provides digital compliance and operational management tools tailored for the medical cannabis supply chain. This includes tracking, reporting, and integration features for cultivation, testing, extraction, and related processes.

Simpleafied does not sell, distribute, or handle cannabis products directly.

 

5. Partner Laboratory Terms

Partner Laboratories may integrate their testing workflows into the platform and provide services directly to clients via Simpleafied. The integration enables:

• Digital submission of test samples

• CoA (Certificate of Analysis) generation with secure QR codes

• Seamless syncing with cultivation and manufacturing modules

Use of the platform for laboratories is currently offered free of charge. Terms may be updated with prior notice.

 

6. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful and compliant operations

• Ensure data accuracy

• Refrain from tampering, reverse engineering, or misusing the software

 

7. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Simpleafied complies with the GDPR and takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Client Data. Client Data remains the property of the User.

 

8. Fees and Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, use of the platform is free of charge during the public beta phase. Users will be notified in advance if pricing is introduced.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including source code, design, and branding, are owned by Simpleafied Solutions s.r.o. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Simpleafied is not liable for:

• Regulatory non-compliance caused by inaccurate or incomplete user data

• Downtime, data loss, or third-party system failures

• Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform

 

11. Termination

Simpleafied may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Users may terminate their account by written notice. Data retention policies will be governed by GDPR and internal protocols.

 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague.
